St. Cronan's NS will endeavour to involve parents through an open door policy, through valuing the parents' input in formulating relevant school policies, through the Parents' Association and the Board of Management.
St. Cronan's NS will endeavour to enhance the self-esteem of everyone in the school community, to imbue in the pupils respect for people and property and to encourage their personal sense of responsibility.
